Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Orders placed after 12:00pm, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
- Delivery is available to mainland UK addresses only. For deliveries to Scotland, please refer to the delivery charges chart.
- Standard delivery is typically within 1–3 working days. Free standard delivery is available on all orders over £150.00 (UK Mainland and Wales).
- For Next Day Delivery, please contact us via the contact form or email us on info@ultraflexdirect.co.uk to request this service. Next Day Delivery is subject to availability and is provided by a third-party courier on a non-guaranteed basis, dependent on their operational performance.
- If you request that your order be left in a safe place or delivered without a signature, you accept full responsibility for the goods once delivery has been made.
- In the event of damaged or missing items, any visible damage must be clearly noted on the courier’s delivery documentation before signing. Any shortages or damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
